After entering the wrong password for the third time, you will receive a 16 chars code from which the password can be calculated (e.g. 12345678ABCDEF)
To make sure that only your Bios is locked by a password protection, please remove your hard drive before attempting the unlock procedure. Hard drive password removal is a paid service distinct from and not included in bios password removal.
